The Best in Show Gala

Twinkle & Toast

On December 13, 2024, we hosted an unforgettable gala at the DoubleTree Orlando SeaWorld, set against the backdrop of the prestigious AKC National Championship by Royal Canin. The evening was filled with live music, a delicious plated dinner, and an exciting auction, all while celebrating the successes of the year and unveiling new projects from Best in Show Magazine.
The evening was expertly hosted by Marcelo Veras, Professional Dog Handler, and Mrs. Jana Bonassi, Mrs. Florida!
Guests enjoyed a gourmet meal and beverages, raising their glasses to honor dogs, life, and the incredible journey of the past year. The night also featured captivating performances, thrilling surprises, and two incredible art exhibitions — Leslie Hutto’s stunning sculptures and Martial Robin’s beautiful paintings. Our Take the Lead Auction added an extra layer of excitement, and we were proud to have our amazing partners, Doggit and Signature Pet Transport, supporting the event.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special evening. Together, we made lasting memories and set the stage for an exciting new chapter in the world of dogs.

During the Gala dinner, our guests were treated to an exceptional Take the Lead auction, featuring an impressive array of artwork and sculptures. Among the highlights were exquisite bronze sculptures, including a one-of-a-kind piece by the renowned Leslie Hutto, as well as a captivating painting by the talented Martial Robin. These incredible works of art not only added an element of sophistication to the evening but also provided an opportunity to support a wonderful cause. The auction was a true celebration of creativity and philanthropy, with all proceeds benefiting Take the Lead and its mission.
